We are so excited to celebrate with you! If you have any questions please check if they are answered here. Feel free to reach out if you have a question we did not address.
Is there going to be a ceremony?
No there will not. We will be having a private ceremony on a different date.
What kind of food will be served?
We will have a New American style buffet with vegetarian and gluten free options. For dessert there will be an assortment of cookies, bars, and brownies.
Is your venue family friendly?
Yes! Boxcar is mainly an arcade with a bar in the front. The games are suitable for all ages, and as long as children are accompanied by parents they are welcome.
However, please be aware that Boxcar requires all guests under 18 must leave at 7pm.
Are kids invited?
If your child's name is on the RSVP list we would love to see them there! Please do not feel obligated to bring them, but they are more than welcome.
Do you have a room block?
No, we do not have a room block. There are lots of great hotels and accommodations just minutes from Boxcar though! Please check out our Lodgings tab for more information.
Where should I park?
Downtown has many parking options. Boxcar has dedicated paid parking behind the building, but there are several lots and decks as well as street parking around town. Please refer to the map below for all options, and check out the Lodgings tab for information about the free trolley.
